ELECTRONIC SOLENOID DRAIN VALVES

A cost effective, user friendly, and small footprint drain valve option; The Ingersoll Rand Electronic Drain Valve is a full-feature automatic electronic solenoid drain valve that removes condensate from compressors, receivers, dryers, aftercoolers, filters and drip legs. Each electronic drain valve includes an electric drain, manual blowdown valve, and a strainer/ball valve, which prevents debris from clogging the drain valve.

ELECTRONIC NO LOSS DRAINS

For heavy-duty industrial applications; Ingersoll Rand's electric no loss drains remove condensate without wasting compressed air. As the drain fills with condensate, the pilot air line stays open while the diaphragm is held closed by air pressure built up in the system. As the reservoir fills, the drain’s intelligent electronic control triggers the solenoid valve, venting air above the diaphragm. The drain calculates the time it takes to discharge, then uses this figure to determine the optimal open time

PNEUMATIC NO LOSS DRAIN

Ingersoll Rand's pneumatic no loss drains are ideal for high volume applications where zero air loss is critical. They feature a unique air valve design that uses magnetic force to ensure a positive opening and closing to prevent metal particulate from clogging the drain. An innovative ball valve support and positioning system impedes side loading, which can cause premature sealing failure around the valve stem. A rifle-drilled discharge port ensures that scale and rust exits through the full-port ball valve. 

OIL WATER SEPARATION

Ingersoll Rand's efficient oil water separators offer an innovative modular approach, allowing you to size and scale the unit as needed. They feature specially coated Zeolite adsorption media that withdraws and permanently adsorbs all lubricants, especially highly emulsified ones like polyglycols that are difficult to separate, without the use of expensive, oversized separators.
